Return Policy

Falter Fund Raising has a return policy which allows you and your organization to return any unsold or undistributed candy for 30 days from the date of receipt. If for any reason, you can send it back with no questions. All we ask is that the candy be unopened, undamaged, and in factory sealed cases. Regrettably, we are unable to refund shipping charges back to our warehouse. If you are in our local Maryland delivery area we may be able to pick up the candy at NO CHARGE.

When returning candy back to us you must call our office and get return authorization and special instructions. Please include a copy of the packing list and invoice we sent you in the original shipment. Please allow two to three weeks for processing.
